Welcome to St Helens FC

Established 53 years ago, St Helens is one of Lincoln’s oldest football clubs. It was formed by Tony Gadd in 1971, with the majority of players coming from the 8th Lincoln Scout Group, based at Holy Cross Church on the corner of Skellingthorpe Road and St Helens Avenue – hence the name. Starting out with just one team, the Club has grown over the years to become one of the largest in Lincolnshire. St Helens welcomes children of all abilities from the age of four.

We have football teams ranging from Under 7s right through to adults.

All our Coaches are FA qualified and hold the latest DBS, Safeguarding and First Aid Certificates.

There are many opportunities to get involved in football and join our great Club.

If you have a child that would like to play football in a safe and fun environment please contact us via the Get in Touch page.
